NIRA was founded by current owner and president, Nadia Ratycz.  Ms. Ratycz brings over 25 years of project, energy, construction, and development experience, with over 5 million sf and a billion dollar budget in the power and energy, bio-pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical,  food,  sports area, and government industries.
